Who we are

Accessa FZ LLE is a Free Zone Limited Liability Establishment incorporated in the Fujairah Creative City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We operate Accessa, a listing intelligence and introduction service for crypto projects.

This policy covers the website and the dashboard. It explains what we hold, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. For anything in here, write to hello@accessa.network.

02

What we hold

  • Your account. Name, work email, the role you registered as, your Telegram handle, and the company or project you represent. The Telegram handle is required: it is how introductions are made.
  • Your project. Token name and ticker, contract address, chain, launch date, supply and tokenomics, listings, volumes, funding history, team details, and anything else you type in.
  • Documents you attach to the dashboard: the name, not the file. When you attach a whitepaper, tokenomics, an audit, a legal opinion or a deck, the file itself never leaves your browser. There is no copy of it on our servers and there is nothing for us to open later. What we keep is its file name and the fact that you have that document, because a listing venue asks whether it exists.
Two of them are read, once, and only to save you typing: a whitepaper and a tokenomics file are turned into text in your browser and that text is sent for the fields to be pulled out of it (see section 03). The text is used and discarded, not stored. A legal opinion and an audit report are never opened at all, not even to read their text.
  • What you ask for. Which partners you request an introduction to, and the state of each deal.
  • Deal group messages. Where we open a Telegram group between you, a partner and our bot, the bot records the text of the messages, who sent them and when, so the deal record stays current without anyone writing it down.
  • When you were last here. One time and date, overwritten each time you use the platform, so we can see whether an account is still in use. It is not analytics and it does not depend on your answer in section 07: it is part of running the service, and it is kept whether or not you allow measurement. It records that you were here, never what you did or which page you were on, and it is replaced rather than added to, so there is no history of your visits. Only Accessa staff can see it.
  • Usage. Which pages were opened and when, and what kind of browser was used. Collected only if you allow analytics; see section 07. Your IP address is not kept with it. It reaches the web server, as it must for any page to be delivered at all, and it is tied to your sign-ins so we can tell your session from somebody else's. It is stripped from analytics and from error reports before either is stored.
  • Payments. Where a payment is made on-chain, the transaction is public by nature: wallet addresses, amount and hash are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
03

Where AI is used, and where it is not

Two features send text to Anthropic PBC (United States), which processes it on our behalf and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models.

  • Deal groups. The messages in a deal group are summarised so the tracker can keep the stage current. The summary goes to Accessa only, never to the other side of the table.
  • Reading a document you upload to the dashboard. When you attach a whitepaper or a tokenomics file to your own project profile, its text is read once to fill in the fields, so you do not have to type them. Legal opinions and audit reports are never opened. They are attached and left closed: your grade takes whether they exist and who signed the audit, both of which you tell us yourself, and nothing in those documents would change it.

Files shared in a Telegram deal group are a different thing entirely. Our bot never downloads them. It records that a file arrived and what it was called, and nothing else. The contents are never opened by us and never sent to any AI service. If you send a term sheet in that group, it stays between you and the partner.

If you would rather the bot were not in your deal group at all, say so and we will run the group without it. You lose the automatic tracking and nothing else.

04

Who else sees your data

Partners see your project only when you ask them to. We share your profile and the documents you have chosen with a specific exchange or market-maker desk after you request that introduction. We do not share it with a partner you have not chosen, and we do not send it round to warm anybody up. Once a partner has it, their own practices apply to it and we cannot control what they do with it afterwards.

These are the companies that process data on our behalf in order for the platform to work:

WhoWhat they getWhere
HetznerHosting. Our database and application run on their servers, which is where your account, project and documents live.Germany
AnthropicDeal group messages, and the text of a whitepaper or tokenomics file you upload. Never a legal opinion, never an audit, never a file shared in a Telegram group.United States
TelegramYour handle and the messages in a deal group, being the service that carries them.Global
PostHogUsage analytics, only if you allow it. Text and form fields are masked, and the IP address is removed, before anything is sent.EU
SentryTechnical error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it. These carry the page you were on and no IP address.EU
FirecrawlFetches public web pages we ask it to read, such as a project's own website. It receives the address, not your data.United States
Google FontsServes the typeface. Your browser requests it directly, so Google sees your IP address.Global
jsDelivr, CloudflareServe two software libraries the pages need. Same as above: they see the request, not your data.Global

Beyond these, we share data only where the law requires it, or in connection with a sale of the business, in which case the buyer is bound by this policy.

05

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Not the personal parts, not the project parts, not in aggregate, not to partners, not to anyone. Your data is what you entrust to us to get a deal done. It is not a product.

06

How long we keep it

  • Account and project data: while your account is open, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for accounting and legal obligations.
  • Deal group messages and their summaries: for the life of the deal and two years after. You can ask us to delete a specific deal's messages sooner and we will, unless that deal is in dispute.
  • Support and email: up to three years.
  • Documents you attach: nothing to keep. The file stays in your browser, so only its name is held, and that goes with the project.
  • When you were last here: only the most recent one. Each visit overwrites the one before, so nothing accumulates, and it goes with the account when the account goes.
  • Analytics: in aggregate, where individual visits can no longer be picked out.
  • On-chain payments: public and permanent by the nature of a blockchain. Nobody can delete them.
07

Cookies and analytics

Nothing measures you until you say yes. On your first visit you are asked, in a bar that does not block the page, with refusing exactly as easy as accepting. Until you answer, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

If you allow it, we use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand which parts of the platform get used. Autocapture is off, every piece of text and every form field is masked before anything leaves your browser, and the IP address is discarded rather than stored: the numbers we need are which pages get used and how far people get, and those are the same without knowing where anyone was sitting. Session replays record movement and clicks against a masked page, never your content.

Some storage is not optional, because without it the platform cannot work at all: keeping you signed in, remembering your choice above, and holding your preferences. It stays in your browser.

You can change your answer whenever you like: , or use the Cookies link in the site footer and the profile menu in the dashboard. Saying no after having said yes stops the recording and clears what was set.

We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not track you across other websites.

08

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to processing we base on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.

Write to hello@accessa.network and we will answer within the period the applicable law requires, and in any case as quickly as we can. We may ask you to prove who you are first, which protects you rather than us.

Two honest limits. We cannot delete what a partner has already received: their copy is theirs, and you would need to ask them. And we cannot delete anything recorded on a public blockchain.

09

Where your data goes

Accessa is incorporated in the UAE, and the platform runs on servers in Germany. The transfer worth naming, because it is the one least likely to be expected, is to Anthropic in the United States, for the two purposes in section 03.

Where data crosses borders we rely on the safeguards available to us, including contractual data processing terms with each provider. By using the platform you accept that your data may be processed in countries whose data protection rules differ from those where you live.

10

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted at the row level, so an account can reach its own data and not anybody else's, and that restriction is enforced by the database rather than by the interface. Access by us is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach happens that puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority. Keep your own credentials to yourself, and write to us immediately if you think your account has been reached by someone else.

11

Age

The platform is for adults acting for a business. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find it.

12

Changes, and how to reach us

When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and, where we reasonably can, tell registered users by email or in the platform.
